2. Time to Open
We estimate the typical length of time between the signing of the Franchise Agreement and the time you open your Crawlspace Medic franchised business is 45 to 60 days. Factors that may affect this time period include your ability to acquire financing or permits;

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crawlspace Medic has the sole discretion to determine whether a franchisee has satisfactorily completed the initial training program. This initial training is provided to the franchisee and up to two other individuals.
The initial training program is approximately four weeks for the franchisee or operating principal(s) and two weeks for field technicians.
