What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crawlspace Medic has the sole discretion to determine whether a franchisee has satisfactorily completed the initial training program. This initial training is provided to the franchisee and up to two other individuals.

The initial training program is approximately four weeks for the franchisee or operating principal(s) and two weeks for field technicians. This training takes place at Crawlspace Medic's headquarters in Columbia, South Carolina, or at another location they designate. After the initial training, there is one week of on-site training at the franchisee's location within 30 days after opening.

If Crawlspace Medic determines that a franchisee does not complete the Pre-Opening Training Program to their satisfaction, they reserve the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement. This highlights the importance of actively participating and meeting Crawlspace Medic's standards during the training period. Franchisees should clarify any concerns or questions they may have during training to ensure they meet the franchisor's expectations.
