What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Crawlspace Medic Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must meet several conditions before their business's Opening Date. These include completing all modifications to the business location and vehicle, ensuring they align with Crawlspace Medic's system requirements and the franchisor's approved plans and specifications. The franchisee must also successfully complete Crawlspace Medic's Initial Training Program.

Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for hiring and training staff, if required for their operations. They must also secure all necessary licenses to legally operate the Crawlspace Medic franchise. Failure to meet any of these obligations gives Crawlspace Medic the right to prevent the franchisee from opening their business.

These pre-opening requirements are typical in franchising, as they ensure brand consistency and that franchisees are adequately prepared to represent the Crawlspace Medic brand. Meeting these conditions is crucial for a franchisee to start operations smoothly and avoid potential conflicts with the franchisor.
