- We require you to contribute up to two percent of your Gross Revenues to the Brand Development Fund ("Brand Fund Contribution"). Brand Fund Contributions will be paid directly to the Brand Fund and not to us. Brand Fund Contributions are not income to us. We will have the right to expend the funds accumulated in the Brand Fund in our sole discretion.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Brand Fund Contribution is paid directly to the Brand Fund. Franchisees are required to contribute up to two percent of their Gross Revenues to the Brand Development Fund, also known as the "Brand Fund Contribution."
The Brand Fund Contributions are not considered income to Crawlspace Medic. Crawlspace Medic retains the right to expend the funds accumulated in the Brand Fund at its sole discretion.
The Brand Fund Contribution is collected weekly via ACH at the same time as the royalty payments. Currently, the Brand Fund Contribution is 1% of Gross Revenues per week.
