What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for certain expenses related to additional training. While the training fee itself is $500 per person per day, franchisees must also cover other costs.
Specifically, the franchisee is responsible for the travel, room and board, and wages for themselves and their employees while they attend the additional training. This means that in addition to paying the per-person, per-day training fee to Crawlspace Medic, franchisees need to budget for transportation to and from the training location, accommodation during the training period, meals, and the salaries of all attendees.
This can significantly increase the overall cost of the training, especially if the franchisee is sending multiple employees or if the training location is far from the franchise's base of operations. Prospective Crawlspace Medic franchisees should consider these additional expenses when evaluating the financial implications of the franchise and when planning their budget for ongoing training and development.
