What is Attachment 2 to the Crawlspace Medic Franchise Agreement?

According to the 2024 Crawlspace Medic Franchise Disclosure Document, Attachment 2 designates the territory granted to the franchisee. The franchise agreement grants the franchisee the right to operate a Crawlspace Medic franchise at a single location within this designated territory.

Crawlspace Medic will not allow any other franchisees to operate a franchised location within the franchisee's territory using the same marks, as long as the franchisee is not in default of the agreement and the agreement has not expired or been terminated. However, Crawlspace Medic retains the right to open, operate, or franchise locations around, bordering, and adjacent to the franchisee's territory.

The franchisee is required to sell products and services from a location within the territory and provide services to customers within that territory. The franchisee is prohibited from selling and soliciting customers through alternative distribution channels. All rights to businesses not specified in the agreement are reserved to Crawlspace Medic, including offering other products or services, other crawlspace or basement care concepts, and products or services through alternative channels such as the Internet. The franchisee will not receive compensation for Crawlspace Medic's sales through these alternative channels within the territory.
