What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Crawlspace Medic's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor may offer additional training programs that can be either mandatory or optional. If Crawlspace Medic requires attendance, franchisees must attend mandatory additional training for up to five days each year, as well as an annual business meeting or franchisee conference for up to three days each year, at a location they designate. Failure to attend these mandatory programs constitutes a default of the Franchise Agreement.

Additionally, Crawlspace Medic may provide remedial on-site training and assistance at the franchisee's premises, either upon the franchisee's request or as Crawlspace Medic determines appropriate. For any on-site remedial training, the franchisee must reimburse all costs for the services of Crawlspace Medic's trainer, including the trainer's per diem fee and all travel-related expenses.
