If Crawl Space Ninja terminates the Brand Fund, what happens to the monies in the fund?

According to Crawl Space Ninja's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Brand Fund is intended to be of perpetual duration; however, Crawl Space Ninja may terminate it at any time and for any reason. If the Brand Fund is terminated, all monies in the fund must be spent for advertising or promotional purposes, or the monies will be returned to the contributors (franchisees), without interest, based on their respective contributions.
