Answer from 2024 FDD Document

Under the Franchise Agreement, you have the right to establish and operate one (1) Crawl Space Ninja outlet within a territory (the "Territory"). You are required to establish an office space located within your territory. The Territory will be based on a particular area surrounding your Crawl Space Ninja office. Your Territory is located in all or a portion of a listed town, city, or county, and is defined based on geographic boundaries, streets, zip codes, or other criteria we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. The Territory is determined on an individual basis, taking into account minimum numbers of households, average home prices, and household incomes, based on the most recent available U.S. Census data at the time the Territory is designated. The Territory will be described in Exhibit

"B" to the Franchise Agreement prior to the purchase of a franchise, or in some cases, prior to the execution of a lease agreement.

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Crawl Space Ninja's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the specific description of your territory is found in Exhibit B of the Franchise Agreement. This exhibit will detail the boundaries of your territory, which is based on the area surrounding your Crawl Space Ninja office.

The territory's definition uses geographic boundaries, streets, zip codes, or other criteria that Crawl Space Ninja deems appropriate. The determination of the territory takes into account the number of households, average home prices, and household incomes, using the most recent U.S. Census data available when the territory is designated. This information is crucial for prospective franchisees as it defines the area where they can operate and from which they must derive their revenue to meet the Minimum Performance Requirements.

It is important to note that Crawl Space Ninja retains the right to sell products and services within your territory through alternative distribution channels, such as the internet. Franchisees are also prohibited from using alternative channels to make sales inside or outside their designated territory. Understanding the territory definition and these limitations is essential for assessing the potential and managing the operations of a Crawl Space Ninja franchise.
