What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Crawl Space Ninja FDD, the fees and expenses outlined in Item 6 are generally nonrefundable. However, there is an exception for the Testing or Supplier Approval Fee. If a Crawl Space Ninja franchisee proposes a new supplier or product that is ultimately approved for use by the entire franchise system, the franchisee will receive a refund of the Testing or Supplier Approval Fee.
