What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Crawl Space Ninja FDD, the pre-opening training program is based on the Operations Manual, along with hands-on training in both classroom and field settings. This comprehensive approach ensures that franchisees and their employees receive both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
The training program is conducted at Crawl Space Ninja's headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee, or another designated location, and lasts approximately 15 days. Franchise owners must attend, and the initial fee covers training for up to two additional people. However, franchisees are responsible for all travel and lodging expenses associated with attending the training in Knoxville, Tennessee, as well as any on-site travel costs for Crawl Space Ninja trainers.
The training covers standards for operations, management, and marketing, and is supervised by Brit Roberts, who has at least one year of experience in the subjects taught. Completion of the Pre-Opening Training Program to Crawl Space Ninja's satisfaction is mandatory, and failure to do so may result in termination of the Franchise Agreement. Within 60 days of opening, Crawl Space Ninja also provides a production trainer for three days of on-site training at no additional cost.
