If you sign a franchise agreement with us, you will develop and operate a retail bakery offering premium cookies and loaded sodas under the trade name Crave Cookies. Each Crave Cookies location features a rotating menu of six distinct cookie flavors, selected from a growing
library of more than 150. In addition to core menu offerings, the brand regularly launches limited-time creations inspired by seasonal ingredients and viral trends. If you sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement (attached as Exhibit C to this Disclosure Document), you will commit to developing multiple Crave Cookies locations on an agreed-upon schedule. For each additional location, you will be required to sign our then-current form of Franchise Agreement, which may differ from the version included with this Disclosure Document.
