What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave Cookies's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any party to the franchise agreement can designate a new address for official notices. To do so, the party must provide written notice of the new address as outlined in Section 18.9 of the agreement.
For a Crave Cookies franchisee, this means that if they move their business location or prefer to receive notices at a different address, they must formally notify Crave Cookies Franchising in writing. Similarly, Crave Cookies Franchising can update its address by providing written notice to the franchisee.
The notice must be delivered either personally, via registered or certified U.S. mail with a return receipt requested, or through an overnight courier service to be considered effective upon receipt or first rejection. However, Crave Cookies Franchising retains the right to amend the manual, give binding notice of changes to System Standards, and deliver notices of default by electronic mail or other electronic communication.
