What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Crave Cookies's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave Cookies retains the right to modify the initial training program's length and content. This flexibility allows Crave Cookies to tailor the training to the specific needs and skill levels of the individuals attending.

For a prospective franchisee, this means that the duration and subjects covered in the initial training are not fixed. Crave Cookies can adjust the program based on the franchisee's and their team's prior experience and demonstrated aptitude. This could result in a shorter, more focused training period for experienced individuals or a more comprehensive program for those new to the cookie business.

This flexibility benefits both Crave Cookies and its franchisees. Crave Cookies can optimize its training resources, while franchisees receive training that is relevant to their specific needs. However, it also introduces some uncertainty, as the exact content and duration of the training program may not be known in advance.

A prospective Crave Cookies franchisee should inquire about the typical length and content of the initial training program, as well as the criteria Crave Cookies uses to determine whether to modify the program for individual franchisees. Understanding these factors can help a franchisee better prepare for the training and assess its value.
