Where are Crave Cookies franchisees permitted to make sales?

According to Crave Cookies' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are primarily permitted to make sales at the physical location of their store. However, there are exceptions that allow for sales outside of the store under specific conditions.

Crave Cookies franchisees can also make sales through off-site catering services and at temporary event locations such as street festivals. These additional sales avenues provide opportunities to reach customers beyond the traditional store setting.

However, franchisees are restricted from making sales through other means, including delivery services (whether by the franchisee or a third party), via a food truck, or at satellite locations, unless specifically approved or required by Crave Cookies Franchising, LLC. Crave Cookies Franchising, LLC also retains the right to determine the territory outside of which a franchisee can offer catering or delivery services, if such services are permitted or required.
