What is a Crave Cookies franchisee required to do to document Crave Cookies Franchising's ownership of Innovations?

According to the 2025 Crave Cookies Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is required to disclose any ideas, plans, improvements, concepts, methods, and techniques related to the Crave Cookies business that they, their employees, agents, or contractors conceive or develop. These are collectively referred to as "Innovations." Crave Cookies Franchising will automatically own all Innovations and has the right to incorporate them into their system without compensating the franchisee.
