What must the Crave Cookies franchisee do if Crave Cookies Franchising requires the Principal Executive or other employees to complete training programs?

- 7.12 Post-Opening Training. Crave Cookies Franchising may at any time require that the Principal Executive and/or any other employees complete training programs, in any format and in any location determined by Crave Cookies Franchising.
Crave Cookies Franchising may charge a reasonable fee for any training programs.
Crave Cookies Franchising may require Franchisee to provide training programs to its employees.
If a training program is held at a location which requires travel by the Principal Executive or any other employee, then Franchisee shall pay all travel, living and other expenses.

According to Crave Cookies' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave Cookies Franchising may require the Principal Executive and/or any other employees to complete training programs at any time. These programs can be in any format and location that Crave Cookies Franchising determines.
Crave Cookies Franchising has the right to charge a reasonable fee for these training programs. Additionally, Crave Cookies Franchising may also require the franchisee to provide training programs to its own employees.
If these training programs are held at a location that requires travel for the Principal Executive or any other employee, the franchisee is responsible for paying all travel, living, and other related expenses. This means that franchisees should be prepared to cover these costs to ensure that they and their employees can attend any required training.
