What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Crave Cookies's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave Cookies Franchising, LLC determines the territory outside of which a franchisee cannot offer catering services. This means that as a franchisee, your ability to provide catering services outside of your primary location is subject to the franchisor's discretion. Crave Cookies Franchising, LLC also retains the right to change this territory at any time.

This policy has significant implications for a franchisee's business strategy. While franchisees are generally allowed to make sales at the Location, by off-site catering services, or at temporary event locations, the franchisor maintains control over the boundaries of catering operations. This control allows Crave Cookies to manage brand consistency and prevent market saturation, but it also means that franchisees may face limitations on their ability to expand their catering business beyond a certain point.

Furthermore, Crave Cookies Franchising, LLC has the right to determine the territory outside of which a franchisee cannot offer delivery services, if delivery is permitted or required. Franchisees need to stay informed of any changes to these territories, as Crave Cookies Franchising, LLC can modify them at any time. It is important for prospective franchisees to discuss these territorial restrictions with Crave Cookies to fully understand the potential limitations on catering and delivery services before signing the franchise agreement.
