What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Crave Cookies's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's right to develop subsequent Crave Cookies franchises after the initial store is contingent upon meeting specific conditions.

First, the franchisee must demonstrate, in Crave Cookies Franchising's reasonable judgment, that they possess sufficient financial and organizational capacity to successfully develop, open, operate, and manage each additional Crave Cookies business. This implies that Crave Cookies will assess the franchisee's resources and capabilities to ensure they can handle the responsibilities of multiple locations.

Second, the franchisee must be in full compliance with all brand requirements at their existing Crave Cookies businesses. They must also not be in default under any Franchise Agreement or any other agreement with Crave Cookies Franchising. This condition emphasizes the importance of maintaining brand standards and fulfilling contractual obligations for all open locations before expanding further. Failure to meet these conditions could prevent a franchisee from developing additional Crave Cookies franchises.
