What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, during the operation of the franchised business, Crave will provide advice and written materials concerning techniques of managing and operating the franchised business. These materials include updates to the manual, covering new developments and improvements in equipment, food products, packaging, and preparation.
Crave may also establish an intranet for franchisees. This intranet would allow franchisees to download operations and marketing materials. It would also allow for exchanges of franchisee email, system discussion forums, and systemwide communications.
In addition, if a Cooperative is established for the geographic area where the Restaurant is located, or where the Food Truck operates, when the Franchise Agreement is signed, or if any Cooperative is established during the term of the Franchise Agreement, Crave will provide a copy of the Cooperative documents applicable to the geographic area in which your Restaurant will be located, or in which your Food Truck will operate, will be provided to you if you request it.
