Pre-Opening Obligations
Multi-Unit Development Agreement: Under the Multi-Unit Development Agreement, we will grant to you rights to a Development Area within which you will establish and operate an agreed-upon number of Franchised Businesses under separate Franchise Agreements. Franchise Agreement: Before the opening of a Franchised Business, we will provide the following assistance and services:

- Standard specifications and layouts for building and furnishing the Restaurant, which you will use to have site plans and build-out plans prepared, at your expense. (Franchise Agreement, Section 5.3.) We have the right to require you to use the architect/designer we designate and to inspect your Restaurant during its construction. You must use our designated contractor for your Restaurant's construction.
