What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, under the Multi-Unit Development Agreement, Crave will provide other resources and assistance as may be developed and offered to its multi-unit developers. Crave will review information regarding potential sites or municipalities provided by the developer to determine if they meet Crave's standards for a Restaurant or Food Truck. If the site or municipality meets their criteria, Crave will approve it.
Crave will also provide standard specifications and layouts for building and furnishing Restaurants. Furthermore, Crave will review the multi-unit developer's site plan and final build-out plans and specifications to ensure they conform to Crave's standards for a Restaurant.
This indicates that Crave offers ongoing support to multi-unit developers throughout the development process, from site selection to construction and build-out. However, the FDD does not specify what 'other resources and assistance' may be developed and offered. A prospective franchisee should inquire about the specific types of resources and assistance that Crave currently provides or plans to offer in the future to multi-unit developers.
