Crave Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
If, during the term of your Franchise Agreement, you request that we provide additional training or assistance on-site at your Franchised Business or if we determine that additional training or assistance is necessary, you must pay our then-current per diem fee for each trainer we provide, and you must reimburse us for any expenses our trainers incur, such as costs of travel, lodging, and meals.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional on-site training or assistance is available at a franchisee's Crave location under two main circumstances. First, Crave may provide additional training or assistance if the franchisee requests it. Second, Crave may determine that such additional support is necessary for the franchise to maintain brand standards or improve operations.
In either scenario, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with this additional support. Specifically, the franchisee must pay Crave's then-current per diem fee for each trainer provided. This per diem fee covers the trainer's time and expertise.
Additionally, the franchisee must reimburse Crave for any expenses incurred by the trainers during their on-site visit. These expenses include travel, lodging, and meals. This cost structure ensures that while Crave offers ongoing support, the financial burden of that support falls on the franchisee requesting or requiring it.
