What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Restaurant Operations training consists of 5 hours of classroom training and 25 hours of on-the-job training. This training will take place at a training facility designated by Crave or at an operating Crave business.

This initial training is mandatory and must be completed no later than 30 days before the restaurant is scheduled to open. The franchisee or their general manager must complete the training to Crave's satisfaction. If they do not, Crave may require a replacement to complete the training, and failure to do so could result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement.

Crave provides instructors and training materials for two trainees, with the cost included in the initial franchise fee. Additional personnel can be trained at the franchisee's expense. This comprehensive training program is designed to equip franchisees and their staff with the necessary skills to successfully operate a Crave restaurant.
