You must keep the Franchised Business exceptionally clean and maintain it in good repair and condition. You must make any additions, alterations, repairs, and replacements, including repainting or
replacement of obsolete signs, furnishings, equipment, and décor as we may reasonably direct. You must not make any changes to the premises without obtaining our written consent before you make the changes. You must obtain and pay for any new or additional equipment, including point-of-sale, computer hardware and software, fixtures, supplies and other products and materials that you must have to offer and sell new menu items from the Franchised Business.
We have the right to determine the maximum prices for the goods, products and services offered from your Franchised Business, as permitted by applicable law. You must comply with the prices required by us, but we make no guarantees or warranties that offering the products or merchandise at the required price will enhance your sales or profits.
We do not impose any other restrictions in the Franchise Agreement or otherwise, as to the goods or services that you may offer or sell or as to the customers to whom you may offer or sell, except as described in Item 12. You may not directly solicit customers outside of your Designated Territory.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must maintain the Franchised Business exceptionally clean and in good repair and condition. This obligation extends to making necessary additions, alterations, repairs, and replacements, including repainting or replacing obsolete signs, furnishings, equipment, and décor, as reasonably directed by Crave. Franchisees must obtain written consent from Crave before making any changes to the premises.
Crave also requires franchisees to maintain a high degree of sanitation, repair, and overall condition at the Franchised Business. Franchisees must make necessary additions, alterations, repairs, and replacements to meet this standard. These activities include periodic repainting or replacement of obsolete signs, furnishings, equipment (including point-of-sale or computer hardware and software systems), and décor, as directed by Crave to maintain System-wide integrity and uniformity.
Furthermore, franchisees are responsible for obtaining and paying for any new or additional equipment, including point-of-sale systems, computer hardware and software, fixtures, supplies, and other products and materials, as required by Crave to offer and sell new menu items from the Franchised Business. Franchisees operating a food truck must maintain the exterior of the Food Truck in clean and good appearance and promptly repair all scratches and dents, ensuring the Food Truck is professionally cleaned and detailed at least once per month.
