What is the scope of the seminars that Crave provides to franchisees concerning the operation of the Crave Franchised Business?

Training programs and seminars and other related activities regarding the operation of the Franchised Business as we may conduct for you or your business' personnel, which may be mandatory for you, your general manager, and/or other Franchised Business personnel. According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave may conduct training programs and seminars regarding the operation of the Franchised Business for franchisees or their business personnel. These seminars and programs may be mandatory for the franchisee, their general manager, and/or other Franchised Business personnel.

Crave also offers additional on-site training or assistance at the franchisee's business, either at the franchisee's request or if Crave determines it is necessary. However, the franchisee is responsible for paying a per diem fee for each trainer providing the training and must also reimburse Crave's expenses.

Crave may also hold meetings of its franchisees to discuss new menu offerings, new standards of operation, and provide training, among other matters pertaining to the franchise. Attendance at these meetings may be mandatory for the franchisee, their general manager, and/or other Franchised Business personnel.
