What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave has the option to hold meetings with its franchisees to discuss various topics related to the franchise. These topics include new menu offerings, new standards of operation, and training. Additionally, Crave may address other matters pertaining to the franchise during these meetings.
Attendance at these meetings may be mandatory for the franchisee, the general manager, and/or other personnel of the Franchised Business, as designated by Crave. This suggests that Crave places importance on keeping franchisees informed and aligned with the company's evolving strategies and operational standards.
For a prospective franchisee, this means they should be prepared to attend such meetings, potentially with their staff, and factor in the time and any associated costs for travel or accommodation. It also indicates that Crave is proactive in communicating updates and changes to its franchisees, which can be beneficial for staying competitive and maintaining consistency across all franchise locations.
