What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave has the option to hold meetings with its franchisees to discuss new menu offerings. These meetings can also cover new standards of operation, provide training, and address other matters related to the franchise. Crave retains the right to designate attendance at these meetings as mandatory for franchisees, their general managers, or other personnel associated with the franchised business.
This indicates that Crave maintains control over the evolution of its menu and operational standards, ensuring consistency across all franchise locations. By holding these meetings, Crave can introduce new food items, preparation methods, or service protocols to enhance the customer experience and maintain brand standards.
The fact that attendance can be mandatory underscores the importance Crave places on franchisees staying informed and compliant with any changes or updates to the system. Franchisees should be prepared to allocate time and resources for attending these meetings, as they may be crucial for the successful operation of their Crave business. Franchisees should also be prepared to implement any changes discussed during these meetings in their own locations.
