What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave has the option to hold meetings with its franchisees to discuss several topics related to the franchise. These topics include new menu offerings, new standards of operation, and training. Additionally, Crave may address other matters pertaining to the franchise that it deems relevant during these meetings.
Crave may designate attendance at these meetings as mandatory for the franchisee, the general manager, and/or other personnel of the Franchised Business. This means that franchisees should be prepared to allocate time and resources for themselves and their staff to attend these meetings if required by Crave.
This provision allows Crave to keep franchisees informed about important updates, changes, and training opportunities within the Crave system. Franchisees should view these meetings as an opportunity to stay aligned with Crave's strategies and standards, which can ultimately contribute to the success of their individual franchise and the overall brand.
