What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional on-site training or assistance is available at a franchisee's Crave location, either at the franchisee's request or if Crave determines it necessary. If a franchisee requests additional training or Crave deems it necessary, the franchisee is responsible for paying Crave's per diem fee for each trainer provided.
In addition to the per diem fee, the franchisee must also reimburse Crave for any expenses the trainers incur. These expenses include costs related to travel, lodging, and meals. This suggests that franchisees should budget not only for the direct training fees but also for the logistical costs associated with bringing trainers to their location.
This on-site support is in addition to the initial training program and other forms of assistance Crave offers, such as visits to evaluate the Franchised Business, advice and written materials, training programs and seminars, and annual meetings. Franchisees should consider the potential costs of this additional training when evaluating the overall investment and operational expenses of a Crave franchise.
