What is the scope of the additional on-site assistance that Crave provides at a Crave Franchised Business?

According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may request additional on-site training or assistance at their Franchised Business. Crave also reserves the right to determine that additional training or assistance is necessary. If either of these situations occurs, the franchisee is responsible for paying Crave's per diem fee for each trainer provided. Additionally, the franchisee must reimburse Crave for any expenses incurred by the trainers, including costs related to travel, lodging, and meals. Crave also provides support before the opening of a Franchised Business. If the franchisee requests that the representative provide additional days of on-site assistance, the franchisee must reimburse the expenses the representative incurs while providing the additional assistance, including travel, lodging, and meals, and must pay Crave's then-current per diem fee.
