During the operation of a Franchised Business, we will provide the following assistance and services:

- Advice and written materials (including updates to the Manual) concerning techniques of managing and operating the Franchised Business, including new developments and improvements in equipment, food products, packaging, and preparation. (Franchise Agreement, Section 5.7.)

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave will provide advice and written materials concerning techniques of managing and operating a Crave Franchised Business. This includes updates to the manual, new developments, and improvements in equipment, food products, packaging, and preparation.
Crave may also conduct visits to and evaluations of the Franchised Business and the products and services provided to ensure that their standards of quality, appearance, and service are maintained. In addition, Crave offers training programs, seminars, and other related activities regarding the operation of the Franchised Business for franchisees or their business' personnel, which may be mandatory.
Crave also offers additional on-site training or assistance at the franchisee's Franchised Business at the franchisee's request or if Crave determines it is necessary. The franchisee must pay Crave's per diem fee for each trainer providing the training and reimburse their expenses.
