If formed, an advisory council will be comprised of our representatives and franchisee representatives. Franchisee representatives may be selected by us or by a vote of other franchisees in the System. If you participate on an advisory council, you will pay any expenses you incur related to your participation, such as travel and living expenses to attend council meetings.
Training: No later than 30 days before the date the Restaurant or Food Trucks is scheduled to begin operation, two trainees must have completed, to our satisfaction, our mandatory initial training program. We will conduct this training at our corporate headquarters, at an affiliate's Crave business, or at another location we designate. Your trainees must include you or your general manager. Our initial training program lasts for approximately one week.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave has the option to form an advisory council. If formed, the advisory council will be comprised of Crave representatives and franchisee representatives.
Crave has the discretion to form, change, merge, or dissolve any advisory council and may develop by-laws for any advisory council. The advisory council will collaborate with Crave to improve the system, the products offered by Crave businesses, advertising conducted by the fund, and any other matters that Crave deems appropriate.
If an advisory council is formed, it will act solely in an advisory capacity and will not have decision-making authority. If a franchisee participates on an advisory council, they will pay any expenses they incur related to their participation, such as travel and living expenses to attend council meetings.
