Crave Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
We reserve the right to hold meetings for all franchisees and other Crave business operators, which meetings shall not occur more frequently than annually. We shall not be required to hold such meetings until we believe it is prudent to do so. These meetings may be used to provide additional training, introduce new products or changes to the System, or for other reasons. We reserve the right to designate that attendance at any franchisee meeting is mandatory for you, your General Manager and/or other Franchised Business personnel. We do not anticipate charging a fee for the meeting, but you will pay for all of the expenses incurred by your attendees at the meeting, including travel, lodging, meals and wages.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave reserves the right to hold meetings for all franchisees and other Crave business operators. These meetings cannot occur more frequently than annually. However, Crave is not required to hold these meetings until they deem it prudent to do so.
These meetings may be used to provide additional training, introduce new products or changes to the Crave system, or for other reasons. Crave reserves the right to designate attendance at any franchisee meeting as mandatory for the franchisee, their General Manager, and/or other Franchised Business personnel.
Crave does not anticipate charging a fee for the meeting itself. However, franchisees are responsible for covering all expenses incurred by their attendees, including travel, lodging, meals, and wages. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, where the franchisor provides the meeting and content, but franchisees bear the costs of attending.
