What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must professionally wash the exterior of their food truck no less than one time per week. This requirement ensures that the Crave food truck maintains a clean and good appearance, upholding the brand's image.
In addition to regular professional washing, franchisees are responsible for promptly repairing any scratches or dents to keep the food truck in optimal condition. Franchisees must also maintain and repair the Food Truck, to ensure that the Food Truck remains in good working order and condition. Franchisees are also required to provide Crave with copies of all maintenance and repair records and invoices upon request.
Maintaining the appearance and condition of the food truck is a continuous obligation, with professional washing being a minimum standard. This helps ensure consistency across all Crave locations and reinforces customer perceptions of quality and cleanliness. Franchisees should factor the cost of weekly professional washing into their operating expenses.
