Each of our instructors has at least 8 years of experience relevant to the subjects they are teaching and the details of their experience are in Item 2. The entire training program is subject to change due to updates in materials, methods, manuals, and personnel without notice to you. The subjects and time periods allocated to the subjects actually taught to a specific franchisee and its personnel may vary based on the individual needs and/or experience of those people being trained.
We may choose to hold refresher training courses, and we may designate that attendance at refresher training is mandatory for you, your general manager, and/or other Franchised Business personnel. We do not anticipate charging a fee for refresher training, but you will pay for all the expenses incurred by your trainees, including travel, lodging, meals, and wages.
