If I choose to open a Crave Food Truck, what agreement will I sign?
Crave Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Crave Food Trucks typically operate in densely populated towns and cities and near parks and other large public outdoor spaces. If you choose to open a Food Truck, you will sign a Food Truck Addendum.
We offer the right to establish and operate a Restaurant or Food Truck under the terms of a single unit franchise agreement within a designated territory (the "Franchise Agreement"). Our current form of Franchise Agreement, Food Truck Addendum, and Commercial Sub-Lease Agreement are Exhibits B-1, B-2, and B-3 of this Disclosure Document. You may be an individual, corporation, partnership, or other form of legal entity. If you are an entity, then under the Franchise Agreement, each of your owners would be characterized as Franchisee's Principals (referred to in this Disclosure Document as "your Principals"). The Franchise Agreement is signed by us, by you, and individually by each of your Principals. By signing the Franchise Agreement, your Principals agree to be individually bound by the obligations contained in the Franchise Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you choose to open a Crave Food Truck, you will sign a Food Truck Addendum. The FDD also states that Crave offers the right to establish and operate a Restaurant or Food Truck under the terms of a single unit franchise agreement within a designated territory (the "Franchise Agreement"). The current form of the Food Truck Addendum is included as Exhibit B-2 of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
In addition to the Food Truck Addendum, you will also sign the Franchise Agreement. The Franchise Agreement is signed by Crave, you (the franchisee), and individually by each of your Principals. The FDD defines "your Principals" as each of your owners if you are a corporation, partnership, or other entity. By signing the Franchise Agreement, your Principals agree to be individually bound by the obligations contained in the Franchise Agreement.
It is important to review both the Franchise Agreement and the Food Truck Addendum carefully to understand your obligations and responsibilities as a Crave franchisee. These documents outline the terms and conditions of your franchise, including fees, royalties, operating procedures, and termination rights. Prospective franchisees should consult with a legal professional to fully understand the implications of these agreements before signing.
