What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Crave Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is required to complete an Electronic Transfer Authorization form, also referred to as the ACH form. This form authorizes Crave WM Franchising, LLC to initiate debit and credit entries to the franchisee's checking or savings account for Electronic Funds Transfers.

The franchisee must select whether the account is a checking or savings account on the form. By signing the form, the franchisee agrees that the Depository's rights regarding each charge will be the same as if it were a check drawn and signed by the franchisee.

The franchisee also agrees that the Depository has no liability if any charge is dishonored, whether with or without cause, intentionally or inadvertently. This authorization ensures that Crave can manage financial transactions efficiently and directly with the franchisee's bank account, streamlining payments and collections.
