What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must purchase or finance their food truck exclusively from Crave's sole approved supplier. A minimum down payment of ten percent (10%) is required before the build-out of the food truck can begin. However, the exact down payment amount is ultimately determined by the approved supplier based on the franchisee's credit history.

The food truck will be delivered to the franchisee once the build-out is complete, which is estimated to take twelve (12) weeks. The completed food truck will include all equipment and signage that Crave has approved and requires.

This requirement ensures that all Crave food trucks meet the brand's standards for quality and appearance. However, it also limits the franchisee's options and potentially their ability to negotiate pricing or financing terms. Prospective franchisees should carefully evaluate the terms and conditions offered by Crave's approved supplier and factor those costs into their overall investment decision.
