What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Section 6.4 of the Franchise Agreement addresses training programs and seminars for franchisees and their personnel. Crave may conduct these activities, and attendance may be mandatory for the franchisee, their general manager, or other business personnel.
In addition to the training programs and seminars, Crave may also provide additional on-site training or assistance at the franchisee's business, either at the franchisee's request or if Crave determines it is necessary. However, the franchisee is responsible for paying a per diem fee for each trainer and reimbursing Crave's expenses for this additional training.
Crave also has the option to hold meetings with its franchisees to discuss new menu offerings, operational standards, provide training, and address other franchise-related matters. Attendance at these meetings may be mandatory for the franchisee, their general manager, or other personnel. These ongoing training and support mechanisms are typical in franchising, helping to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency across all locations.
