According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are two different exhibits labeled "Exhibit B". Exhibit B-1 pertains to the Franchise Agreement itself. Exhibit B-2, however, is related to the Food Truck Addendum.

Specifically, a Crave franchisee who elects to operate their franchise business from a food truck will have this addendum included in their franchise agreement. This addendum modifies certain sections of the standard franchise agreement to accommodate the unique aspects of a food truck operation.

Furthermore, there is an "Exhibit B ACH Form" that contains an electronic transfer authorization. This form allows Crave WM Franchising LLC to initiate debit and credit entries to the franchisee's checking or savings account for payments via Electronic Funds Transfer.
