What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee requests additional on-site training or assistance, or if Crave determines it is necessary, the franchisee must cover specific costs. These costs include Crave's then-current per diem fee for each trainer provided.
In addition to the per diem fee, the franchisee is responsible for reimbursing Crave for any expenses the trainers incur. These expenses specifically include the costs of travel, lodging, and meals for the trainers during the period of on-site assistance.
Furthermore, if a manager designated by the franchisee needs to complete the initial training program, the franchisee is responsible for all expenses incurred by the trainees. These expenses include costs of travel, lodging, meals, and applicable wages. This applies even if the manager needs to attend training at Crave's headquarters.
