What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave has the option to hold meetings for its franchisees to discuss various topics such as new menu items, operational standards, and training. Crave may designate that attendance at these franchisee meetings is mandatory for the franchisee, their general manager, and/or other personnel of the Franchised Business.
This means that as a Crave franchisee, you and your staff may be required to attend meetings at Crave's discretion. These meetings could cover a range of topics relevant to the operation of the franchise.
Mandatory attendance at meetings is a fairly common practice in franchising, allowing the franchisor to ensure consistent standards and provide updates across the franchise system. Franchisees should factor in the time and potential travel costs associated with attending such meetings when evaluating the Crave franchise opportunity.
