We do not make any representations about a franchisee's future financial performance or the past financial performance of company-owned or franchised outlets. We also do not authorize our employees or representatives to make any such representations either orally or in writing. If you are purchasing an existing outlet, however, we may provide you with the actual records of that outlet. If you receive any other financial performance information or projections of your future income, you should report it to the franchisor's management by contacting Samantha Rincione at 159 N. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave does not make any representations about a franchisee's future financial performance, nor does it authorize its employees or representatives to do so, either orally or in writing. This means that Crave does not provide any guarantees or projections regarding how much money a franchisee can expect to earn.
However, if a prospective franchisee is purchasing an existing Crave outlet, Crave may provide the actual financial records of that specific outlet. This allows the potential franchisee to review the past performance of the location they are considering.
The FDD also instructs franchisees to report to Crave's management, the Federal Trade Commission, and the appropriate state regulatory agencies if they receive any financial performance information or projections of future income from other sources. This is to ensure that franchisees are not misled by unauthorized or unsubstantiated claims. The contact person at Crave is Samantha Rincione, located at 159 N. Wolcott St. Suite 133 Casper, WY 82601, and (516)316-7420.
This policy is typical in franchising, as franchisors generally avoid making income guarantees due to the many factors that can influence a franchisee's success, such as location, management skills, and local market conditions. Prospective franchisees should rely on their own research, business acumen, and due diligence, including consulting with financial advisors, to determine the potential profitability of a Crave franchise.
