We do not make any representations about a franchisee's future financial performance or the past financial performance of company-owned or franchised outlets. We also do not authorize our employees or representatives to make any such representations either orally or in writing. If you are purchasing an existing outlet, however, we may provide you with the actual records of that outlet. If you receive any other financial performance information or projections of your future income, you should report it to the franchisor's management by contacting Samantha Rincione at 159 N. Wolcott St. Suite 133 Casper, WY 82601, and (516)316-7420, the Federal Trade Commission, and the appropriate state regulatory agencies.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave does not authorize its employees or representatives to make any representations, either orally or in writing, about a franchisee's future financial performance or the past financial performance of company-owned or franchised outlets. This policy is in place to ensure consistent and reliable information is provided to potential franchisees.
However, if a prospective franchisee is purchasing an existing Crave outlet, Crave may provide the actual records of that specific outlet. This exception allows potential buyers to review the financial history of the particular location they are considering.
The FDD advises that if a prospective franchisee receives any other financial performance information or projections of future income, they should report it to Crave's management by contacting Samantha Rincione, as well as to the Federal Trade Commission and the appropriate state regulatory agencies. This measure is in place to protect potential franchisees from unauthorized or misleading financial claims.
