We reserve the right to hold meetings for all franchisees and other Crave business operators, which meetings shall not occur more frequently than annually. We shall not be required to hold such meetings until we believe it is prudent to do so. These meetings may be used to provide additional training, introduce new products or changes to the System, or for other reasons. We reserve the right to designate that attendance at any franchisee meeting is mandatory for you, your General Manager and/or other Franchised Business personnel. We do not anticipate charging a fee for the meeting, but you will pay for all of the expenses incurred by your attendees at the meeting, including travel, lodging, meals and wages.

According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave reserves the right to hold meetings for all franchisees and other Crave business operators, but these meetings will not occur more than once per year. Crave is not required to hold these meetings until they deem it necessary. These meetings may cover additional training, new product introductions, changes to the Crave system, or other reasons.
Crave reserves the right to make attendance at any franchisee meeting mandatory for the franchisee, their General Manager, and/or other Franchised Business personnel. While Crave does not anticipate charging a fee for the meeting itself, the franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses incurred by their attendees. These expenses include travel, lodging, meals, and wages.
This means that as a Crave franchisee, you may be required to attend meetings, and you may also be required to send your General Manager or other staff members. It is important to factor in the potential costs of these meetings, including travel, accommodation, and wages for your staff, when considering the overall investment and operational costs of a Crave franchise.
