What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Attachment 1 to the Multi-Unit Development Agreement defines the Minimum Performance Schedule, while Attachment 2 defines the Development Area. The Minimum Performance Schedule outlines the required number of Crave outlets a Multi-Unit Developer must establish and operate within a specific timeframe. This schedule concludes, and the agreement expires, once the final franchised business is opened as per the agreement.

The Development Area, as detailed in Attachment 2, specifies the geographic region where the Multi-Unit Developer is authorized to locate their Crave outlets. This area is crucial because it defines the territory within which the developer has certain rights and obligations regarding the establishment of Crave franchises.

These attachments are integral to the Multi-Unit Development Agreement, as they set forth the expectations for development pace and geographic exclusivity. A prospective franchisee should carefully review these attachments to understand their obligations and the scope of their development rights.
