Pre-Opening Obligations
Multi-Unit Development Agreement: Under the Multi-Unit Development Agreement, we will grant to you rights to a Development Area within which you will establish and operate an agreed-upon number of Franchised Businesses under separate Franchise Agreements. Item 11 indicates that Crave Franchising, LLC is not required to provide franchisees with any assistance except as listed. Franchisees are required to join these cooperatives if one exists for their location. These cooperatives focus on administering marketing programs and developing promotional materials for local marketing, subject to Crave's approval.
Franchisees' payments to the cooperative can count toward their local marketing requirements.
