What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional on-site training or assistance is available at a franchisee's location if the franchisee requests it or if Crave determines it is necessary. If either of these conditions is met, Crave will provide the training or assistance.

However, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with this additional support. Specifically, the franchisee must pay Crave's per diem fee for each trainer provided. Additionally, the franchisee must reimburse Crave for any expenses the trainers incur, including travel, lodging, and meals.

This arrangement means that while Crave offers ongoing support, franchisees need to budget for these potential costs. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand the circumstances under which Crave might deem additional training necessary and to factor in the per diem fees and expense reimbursements when considering the financial implications of operating a Crave franchise.
