What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Crave's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Crave will visit the franchised business to evaluate the products and services. These visits will occur from time to time, as reasonably determined by Crave. The details of these visits and evaluations are further described in Section 7.5.6 of the Franchise Agreement.
This means that as a Crave franchisee, you can expect periodic visits from Crave representatives to assess the quality of your operations. These evaluations likely serve to ensure that franchisees maintain brand standards and provide consistent customer experiences.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand the criteria Crave uses during these evaluations. Requesting clarification on Section 7.5.6, as referenced in the FDD, will provide more insight into the specific standards and expectations during these visits. Understanding these expectations will help franchisees prepare for evaluations and maintain compliance with the franchise agreement.
