If Franchisor determines it is necessary, Franchisor or a designee of Franchisor will provide Franchisee with approximately three (3) days of additional training at the Premises during normal business hours after the Franchised Business has opened. If Franchisor determines that

Franchisee needs more than the three (3) days of additional training referenced in the preceding sentence, Franchisee will pay to Franchisor an amount equal to Franchisor's then current daily rate and will reimburse Franchisor for the out-of-pocket expenses it incurred in providing such training including, but not limited to all travel and living expenses.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Craters & Freighters Franchise Disclosure Document, Craters & Freighters will provide additional training at the franchisee's premises under specific conditions. If Craters & Freighters determines it necessary, they will provide approximately three days of additional training at the premises during normal business hours after the franchised business has opened.

If Craters & Freighters determines that the franchisee needs more than three days of additional training, the franchisee will be responsible for paying Craters & Freighters a daily rate that is current at that time.

In addition to the daily rate for training exceeding three days, the franchisee must also reimburse Craters & Freighters for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred while providing the training. These expenses include, but are not limited to, all travel and living expenses for the Craters & Freighters trainers.
